Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if:
- They are in original packaging.
- They are unused and undamaged.
- To initiate a return, contact thegeekindustry@outlook.com.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your wallet by default unless otherwise requested.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items.
- Swimwear (unless defective or incorrect).
- Provide photos showing defects when requesting a return/exchange.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately for support.
Order Cancellation
- Full refund: Cancel within 3 das of purchase and orders that have not been shipped.
- No cancellations: Orders that have been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Customers are charged once for shipping (includes returns). No restocking fees apply.
